Today we bottled the blonde ale and added strawberry flavoring! yum! We transferred the pale ale #3 into secondary fermenter. We also brewed a steam roller stout and transferred it into the first fermentation bucket.

We mixed in 4 and a half ounces of sugar to the blonde ale and let it ferment another week. We also brewed a pale ale #3 and transferred it into the first fermentation bucket :p

We bottled the cream stout. We transferred the blonde, adding one ounce of dry hopped hops (falconeers flight)

We bottled the pale ale #2 and the blonde ale adding apricot flavoring to the blonde ale during bottling. We also transferred the cream stout to the carboy/second fermentation. We also brewed another blonde ale and transferred it into the first fermentation bucket, hell yes!

We transferred the pale ale #2 into second fermentation process. We added four and a half ounces of sugar to the blonde ale and let it set for one more week for extra fermentation. We also brewed the cream stout and added alcohol boost.

We transferred the blonde ale for second fermentation and we brewed the wort for the pale ale #2 and put it in its first fermentation bucket.

Did another blonde ale today. The top popped off of the pale ale from last week, but it looks like its gonna be fine, it was in the basement, and there were few contaminants. Stay tuned!

Brewed a pale ale, drank a few of the beers we bottled last time, was a blast! The pale ale had a different

We bottled our first bottled batch today, 80 bottles of Blonde Ale, and Strawberry Blonde Ale (used freeze dried strawberries it left a lot of debris. Came out nicely, both tasted amazing. Can't wait for the best part of it, to drink them!

We kegged the blond and the new castle for a party - we posted pictures of it on the facebook group later after the party where we drank them. - The blond was amazing, but the new castle had a funky taste we think that the cold weather effected the fermentation.
